Seeing that my last journal was the 3rd of January I think it would be fair enough to update this thing...

I'm sorry if I've been away... I have almost 200 new deviations to see and, because I want to do them justice, I haven't really checked them. But truthfully I've been really really busy that I don't have much free time; whatever free time I do have left, I'd rather sleep it or draw or paint.

So what I've been up to in the real world? Ummm... I've been reading tons of C.S. Lewis very profound and eloquent books. Final year at university and my finals for this 9th semester are coming up in 2 weeks so that's been on my mind.

Still I am looking for a master degree somewhere not in Guatemala. If anyone could recommend one related to Graphic Design, Arts, Illustration, Animation or Webpages that has scholarship opportunities I'd be forever grateful.

Little Pistacho is already 8 months old and quite big. Apparently the vet says he's not a Shih Tzu but a Lhasa Apso. Whatever he is, I don't care: he's a wonderful puppy!!!

Fábrica de Sonrisas is still working with the training of the new volunteers. We went to have lunch one of these past Saturdays and we filled the second-floor of a pizza restaurant. We were almost 90 screaming people. It's been so much fun meeting them all and helping others!!!

Theater is also doing great... we are rehearsing two fantastic plays. One by master Shakespeare, "Midsummer's Night Dream" where I'm Helena. And the other is called "El Cepillo de Dientes" (the Toothbrush) by chilean play-writer Jorge Díaz . It's a comedy between two actors of absurdities and sexual banter. Very funny to play.

I've also missed my traditinal celebration for my 6666 views and my 7777 views... waiting on the 8888. So yey! Thanx for watching...

To mark this new stage I'm going full steam ahead with digital painting... really making use of my tablet and making the investment worthwhile(It sucks thought that now the Intuos3 is a model behind... technology, my pockets can't seem to keep up with it). I have a bunch of portraits standing in line and some new ideas I'm dying to digitalize...

Oh, btw, to those who don't know this piece of amazing news, my devfriend Isi has been accepted into Dresden art academy!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
